Not to say those aren't still around, and then some, but most arcane users, at least back in the "civilized" portions of the world, tend to be a bit cagey about when and how they operate. Developed by ICOSA Entertainment, Pure Steam and it's expansion Westbound postulate a fantasy version of North America in the midst of an industrial revolution, with fantastic technological innovations slowly supplanting the magic and religions of old. Pure Steam is a campaign setting originally designed for Pathfinder in 2012, with a reprinting in 2014, with a D&D 5e version eventually being released.
